■ 工艺介绍

◎ 该工艺适用于氯化钾、硫酸钾、氯化铵、硫酸铵等粉状单一原料的造粒。将原料粉碎至50目以上送至造粒机，造粒剂通过泵送进蒸汽管路（蒸汽作为稀释剂），粉末原料与造粒剂反应后造粒。

■ 工艺特点

(1) 采用蒸汽造粒，可以提供部分粘结液相，减少用水量，相应的烘干负荷

(2) 产品颗粒强度高，表面圆润度高。

(3) 设备操作简单，易于维护。

■ Process Introduction

◎ This process apply to the granulation of powdery single raw materials such as potassium chloride, potassium sulfate, ammonium chloride and ammonium sulfate etc…Smash the raw material to 50 mesh above, then send it to granulator, granulation agent be sent into steam pipeline through the pumping(steam as diluent), powdery raw materials and granulation agent granulate after reaction

(1) Using steam granulation can provides some bond liquid, reduce water consumption

(2) Products granules with high strength and high surface round degree.
