◎ 该机是我公司通过多种物料的应用试验.针对有机物料的特殊性状研制而成。物料经挤压、剪切进入三级组合抛光、滚制一次成球;本系统成球率高、基本无返料、颗粒强度高、圆整均匀、成球水份低、烘干能耗少;适用于多种有机物料,是当前有机肥(有机无机肥、生物肥)造粒的理想设备。

◎ It is designed and developed through a variety of materials application testing aiming at special characters of organic materials.Materials after extrusion and shear go into the three-step combination rounding and one time rolling into ball.This system has the merits of high granulation rate,no back-materials,high granule intensity,even and round granules,low moisture and low drying energy consumption.It applies to various organic materials and is an ideal equipment for organic fertilizer (organic-inorganic fertilizer and biologic fertilizer)granulation.

挤压抛圆生产线工艺创新

(1)原料适应性强

该装置对原料的细度要求不高.原料粒度不大于1.5mm,无明显可见纤维即可。该工艺可以生产纯有机肥,也可以生产NPK≥20%、有机质含量≥25%的高品质有机无机肥。

(2)成球率高、强度大

挤压抛圆造粒方式首先将原料挤压呈柱状,通过滚轮和模板的强烈挤压,原料单体间的空隙被压缩、分子间的结合力(范德华力)增强,组织致密,不易破碎。经抛光整形后.强度大、颗粒圆润、均匀,成球率可以达到95%。

(3)成球水分低

水分是挤压抛圆造粒工艺的一个主要优势。有机原料的性质和无机原料有本质的区别,有机原料颗粒粗大、组织疏松、堆密度小,溶解度低,物料之间的桥接力和范德华力均比无机肥要小的多。由于结合力小,在没有外力的情况下,要想成粒须添加大量的液相来使颗粒团聚;由于它的溶解度小同时又对温度不敏感,因此传统的圆盘造粒和转鼓造粒一般不采用蒸汽而直接用热水或冷水。这样简单套用圆盘或转鼓造粒方式,想要提高成球率.必然造成成球水分高,生产纯有机肥时水分有时高达40%以上,以致后续烘干困难,增加了生产线的能耗。相反,挤压抛圆工艺要求在中低水分下操作,造粒水分纯有机肥不超过30%,有机无机肥一般不超过20%。

Process Innovation Points of Extrusion&Rounding Production Line

(1)High applicability in raw materials

For fineness degree of raw materials,this system doesn't have higher requirements but granularity not bigger than 1.5mm and no obviously visible bulky fiber.This process system can produce pure organic fertilizer as well as high-quality organic-inorganic fertilizer with≥20%NPK and≥25%organic  substances.

(2)High granulation rate and high strength

This granulating way first extrudes the raw materials into cylindrical shape.Intense extrusion between the rolling wheel and the form-plate makes the interspace between the monomers of the raw materials compressed,the binding force between the molecules strengthened and organization structure denser,which can make the granules not easy to break up.After being smoothened and rounded,the raw materials become high-strength.round and uniform granules with a granulation rateof up to 95%.

(3)Lower moisture of formed granules

Lower moisture index of formed granules is a main advantage of this process.Properties of organic  materials are essentially different from inorganic materials.Organic materials have the properties of  bulky granule,loose organization structure.lower density,smaller solubility.And also,as compared with inorganic materials, organic materials have much lower bridge force and binding force. Due to a lower binding force of organic materials,on condition of no outside force. a plenty of liquid-phase components must be added to make granules polymerized for granulation.Because organic materials have a smaller solubility as well as are insensitive to temperature. conventional disc granulator and rotary drum granulator normally doesn't use steam.but use hot water or cold water. Consequently,for disc granulator or rotary drum granulator, if to increase granulation rate.formed granules must have higher moisture (for production of pure organic fertilizer,moisture sometimes is  up to above 40% so that it is quite difficult for downstream drying and sequentially increase energy consumption of production line).On the contrary-extrusion & rounding process requires to perform  operation under medium or Iower moisture.For this process; granulation moisture of produced pure organic fertilizer will not more than 30%; granulation moisture of organic-inorganic fertilizer will not  normally be more than 20%.
